Itinerary Details

Day 1 Seoul Arrival

Your private tour guide will be holding a board with your name and waiting you at airport arrival hall, and then transfer to Seoul downtown hotel by Private air-conditional vehicle. Free on your own for the rest of day.

Overnight at Seoul

Day 2 Seoul City Tour

Pick up at your hotel lobby. Today we will visit following places: Changdeok Palace – It was the principal palace for many kings of the Joseon Dynasty, and is the most well-preserved of the five remaining royal Joseon palaces. N Seoul Tower – The observatory offers panoramic views of Seoul and the surrounding areas. War Memorial Museum(Closed Every Monday) – The grounds of the War Memorial of Korea were once the headquarters of the Korean Infantry. Gwangjang Market – Best known as Seoul’s largest food alley (or meokjagolmok ), the Gwangjang Market is home to some 200 stalls set up among kimchi and fresh seafood vendors. Bukchon Hanok Village – home to hundreds of traditional houses called ‘hanok’ that date back to the Joseon Dynasty. Drop off at your hotel.

Day 3 DMZ – Jeollanam-do

Pick up at your hotel lobby. Today we will take DMZ Tour – The Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) is the buffer zone between North and South Korea, running across the peninsula roughly following the 38th parallel. (Visiting DMZ area with Public bus: Imjingak Pavilion Freedom Bridge, The 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, DMZ theater, Dora Observatory, Dora Station, Unification Village). Return to Seoul and then move to Jeollanam-do by KTX.

Day 4 Tour to Boseong and Damyang

Pick up at your hotel, today we will visit Boseong Green Tea Plantation – The most famous of these is the Daehan Dawon Plantation. The site has gained popularity as a film making destination after a huge success of the commercial for a telecommunication company. Metasequoia-lined Road – The 4 kilometer-long boulevard is located along National Road No. 24 and is one of the most popular driving routes in Korea, especially during summer when the trees’ lush green leaves are at their height of beauty. Bamboo Garden in Damyang – is a beautiful artificial waterfall, pavilion, walking paths and an eco-exhibition center, a popular destination for visitors.

Day 5 Suncheon Tour

Today we will visit Suncheon Bay –The field of reeds is home to many plants that thrive in damp conditions, like the common reed and the starwort. Among the world’s wetlands, Suncheonman Bay is widely known for attracting the largest number of rare birds. Suncheon Open Film Set – It has approximately 200 houses and is the largest film set in Korea. The realistic sets bring about memories of people’s youth, while younger visitors can learn about Korea’s history. It therefore attracts a large number of families.

Day 6 Gwangju – Seoul

Pick up at your hotel lobby. Today we will visit May 18th National Cemetery – is the symbol of freedom and democracy and is the grave of victims during the contention for democracy in May 1980. Gwangju National Museum – collects and preserves cultural relics from Jeollanam-do. The exhibits are grouped in seven categories according to period and type. Move to Seoul by KTX.
